Burn-out and all the forms of violence experienced on a daily basis mark a break in the process of fulfilment that people associate with their relationship at work. From school to work, everyone has a role to play in their own development. But growing individualism, a lack of empathy and pressure to identify can turn these building blocks into places of suffering, where the struggle for position tends to replace the class struggle.

Burn-out marks a break in the process of fulfilment that the individual associates with his or her relationship to work. In order to heal, people need to look inwards and reassess their professional aspirations and limitations.

During this conference, we discussed the different forms of burn-out: emotional burn-out, identity burn-out or motivational burn-out, so that we can diagnose them accurately and prevent them effectively.
