If you measure someone’s self-esteem after they’ve scrolled for more than 15 minutes, their self-esteem goes down. Because, quite simply, you get the impression that you’re not worth very much if you’re just a receptacle for information that’s not really explored

Bruno Humbeeck

How can we as a family learn to disconnect?

Ultra-connectivity has such a profound effect on the mechanisms of attention and concentration that learning to disconnect, both at school and at home, must now be seen as a major educational challenge that challenges all contemporary ways of thinking about education.

Bruno will address this social issue that affects everyone. At this conference he will present programmes that will enable us to manage the screen time of both young people and adults.

Do not hesitate to join us!
