REPLAY – Appeal against non-proposal for Promotion-Reclassification by your DG/Service/office

R&D at your service! 

On 13 June, the list of colleagues proposed for promotion or reclassification was published in Sysper.

Congratulations to all colleagues who have been promoted or reclassified!  

For those who have not been proposed by their Directorate-General/Office and who feel they deserve promotion/reclassification this year, you have 5 working days from the date of publication to submit an appeal to the Promotion/Reclassification Committees.

1) R&D organised a conference to remind you of the basic principles of the procedure and to answer your questions

At this conference, our specialists reviewed the basic principles of the appeals procedure, the mandate of the Joint Promotions Committee and answer any questions you may have on how best to present your appeal.

2) R&D also provides you with templates to help you prepare your appeal

You will also find attached templates that you can use as a basis for preparing your appeal.

The above-mentioned conference will give you all the advice you need to make the most of it and maximise your chances of success.

3) R&D has also set up a dedicated Help Desk to assist you
