EFT (the Emotional Freedom Technique) involves tapping acupuncture points on your face and upper body to remove emotional tension and blockages. Scientific studies have shown that tapping these for just a few minutes decidedly lowers cortisol levels, the hormone associated with fear, stress, and burnout.
Irene Nolte will be addressing these two different types of insomnia – the difficulty to fall asleep, as well as waking in the middle of the night and being unable to go back to sleep.
