Appeal against non proposal for Promotion/Reclassification by your DG
On Thursday 12 June, the lists of colleagues proposed for promotion and for reclassification will be published in Sysper.
From the day of publication, you will then have 5 working days to introduce an appeal if you are not proposed by your Directorate General/office and feel that you deserved a promotion / reclassification this year, on the basis of :
- Your seniority in the grade
- Your merits as reflected in your appraisal reports
- Your responsibilities
- Your languages used in the service
For many years, R&D has provided you with all the necessary assistance and expertise to enable you to successfully submit an appeal to the Promotion / Reclassification Committees.
You will find bellow the templates, which can be used as a basis for the preparation of your appeal.
DGs have not received any quota in the grade AST1, AST2 and AST/SC4 grades: you can use the template n°2 if you wish to submit an appeal.
R&D representatives are there to help you and defend your rights at all stages of these exercises.
