How to improve your sleep

In this 1,5h lunchtime conference, holistic life coach Irene Nolte will be addressing these two dif­ferent types of insomnia-the difficulty to fall asleep, as well as waking in the middle of the night and being unable to go back to sleep. 

For this, she will be presenting different health and lifestyle recommendations to support both aspects of mental and physical health and to help you shift the tension and worry that can be associated with insomnia.

In addition, she will share a series of EFT tapping sequences that can further help you address these issues. EFT (the Emotional Freedom Technique) involves tapping acupuncture points on your face and upper body to remove emotional tension and blockages. Scientific studies have shown that tapping these for just a few minutes decidedly lowers cortisol levels, the hormone associated with fear, stress, and burnout.
