Les nouvelles dispositions générales d’exécution en matière d’évaluation et de reclassement des agents contractuels a durée indeterminée 3bis n’ont pas pu être adoptées en temps et heure. Face à cette situation de crise et afin de ne pas perdre le budget réservé pour conduire l’exercice de reclassement 2010, la DG HR publie en urgence ce 3 septembre une information administrative qui constituera la base juridique de l’exercice d’évaluation et de reclassement des agents contractuels.
