Transparency and equal treatment has always been the watchwords of R&D and its partner unions in the recruitment policy.

Today, R&D is proud to support the approach of the Central Staff Committee which launched its second call for expressions of interest to all 25,000 colleagues in our institution.
Thanks to the decisive intervention of R&D and the majority, EPSO and DG HR processes have improved considerably over the last two years.
