Poorly received jokes among colleagues, inappropriate humour in the workplace, or awkward witticisms from a superior can sometimes weigh more heavily than they uplift.

The collateral damage of mockery, sarcasm or irony, those, false friends of humour, can, in this respect, sometimes be considerable.

For colleagues in the same company or members of a team, laughter and its companion, humour, are undeniably valuable tools… but to be handled with care.

Despite its appearance of spontaneity, laughter relies on artificial mechanisms that are best not left to chance… especially in a multicultural environment like ours!

Bruno Humbeeck will be sharing his expertise on this topic and answering your questions!
