Remote work has fundamentally reshaped how we live and work. While using the same devices, tools, and data, and enabling seamless collaboration among colleagues and clients, remote work has introduced unprecedented flexibility and convenience.
However, this transformation has not come without challenges. Remote work continues to ignite debate. Some companies have recently forced their employees to come back to their office and it remains a polarizing topic. What are the underlying dynamics driving these ongoing discussions and tensions?
