The European External Action Service (EEAS) publishes the following notice of referendum.

If you deleted the email with your login and password sent on 18/7, write to EEAS-REFERENDUM-ELECTORAL-RULES@eeas.europa.eu. They will be sent again to vote.
The poll closure for the referendum concerning the electoral rules of the EEAS Staff Committee is fixed at September 9th, 2011, at 17:00 (Brussels day and time).
Each elector may vote once only. Voting will be electronic. The electoral roll is published on the EEAS Intranet (http://intradel/eeas/node/3169 (from Commission and Delegation buildings) https://intradel.ec.testa.eu/eeas/node/3169 (from Council buildings)
