Our colleague Juarez Pilar and two Local Agents working for the Port-au-Prince delegation remain missing.

A special bank account has been opened in Santo Domingo by the EU Delegation  and will be managed locally. An urgent appeal for funds to be used to buy first aid  in Santo Domingo and taken by our colleagues Local Agents to Haiti by road will be done by the Central Staff Committee by tomorrow.
