Some of your R&D candidates hold key positions within the staff representation bodies and have already demonstrated the quality of their commitment.

The R&D list reflects our programme. Making the diversity of every individual a cornerstone of equity for better quality of life and working conditions!

It is through our ambassadors that R&D intervenes with services, negotiates in social dialogue meetings, and defends your positions within the Local Committee and the Central Staff Committee, as well as in Joint Committees.

For R&D, solidarity is not an empty slogan but a founding principle of our actions, which so many of you have shared with us, for example, by ensuring the extraordinary success of our solidarity sales.

As the leading trade union in the European public service, R&D provides staff with the knowledge and human qualities embodied by our candidates, as well as by our thousands of members and supporters whom you interact with every day, and who report back to us on your requests, difficulties, and the improvements needed for better working conditions.

Your R&D candidates are committed to ensuring flawless coordination with the staff representation, especially with R&D representatives from other institutions, to defend the principle of a single set of Staff Regulations and ensure its fair implementation, preventing the Commission staff from being systematically penalised.

We hold you in the highest regard, and it is inconceivable for us to make misleading promises that we cannot keep, or to present a list of vague commitments relying on the fact that everyone will have forgotten them after the elections.

On the contrary, we first present the assessment of our actions during the previous mandate, as well as the programme for the next three years, which provides a series of clear commitments. Once again, we solemnly commit to reporting to you at all times on its implementation.
