A toxic personality tries to take power by any means necessary
Bruno Humbeeck
Liar, paranoid, manipulative, grumbler, pervert, passive-aggressive, constant critic, histrionic, ‘weak-willed’…
Whether in our private and/or professional lives, we have all, at least once, come into contact with difficult or toxic personalities and relationships.
In a toxic relationship, we give power to someone other than ourselves. Giving too much power to a person alienates them, which creates toxicity. Even when trying to understand someone closely, we give them power…
These complex personalities display characteristics that will hinder the relationship through inappropriate behaviour, whether consciously or unconsciously, momentarily or over the long term…
In this conference, Bruno Humbeeck will provide us with all the keys to understanding how this works and how to protect ourselves from it. Using advice, tools and concrete examples, he will explain where toxicity finds its source and how to neutralise, stabilise and protect ourselves from these toxic personalities and relationships.
