A huge thank you to our colleagues at the European Parliament!
All the R&D federal sections are delighted with the success of the R&D list as well as the Women and CTA lists, which together have secured 10 seats. An unprecedented result in the history of these elections!
This victory confirms and strengthens R&D’s position as the leading TRADE UNION!
R&D Federal: a community of values!
We are all the more proud of this result, achieved through the values that guide the work of all R&D sections:
- defending a unified Staff Regulations across all institutions and places of employment,
- defending the rights of all colleagues,
- transparency in procedures,
- combating abuse and inappropriate behaviour.
For R&D, these principles are not mere slogans; they are at the heart of our day-to-day work.
During negotiations, we promote best practice across all institutions and demand equal treatment for all colleagues, regardless of their institution or place of employment.
We demand transparent procedures, strongly condemn abuses and resolutely support colleagues facing any form of harassment or inappropriate behaviour.
We also defend colleagues’ rights through the support of a network of lawyers and specialist experts, established at federal level, to advise and assist them effectively.

As solidarity is the foundation of our joint action, we are tirelessly committed to supporting the most vulnerable colleagues, with seriousness, honesty and responsibility.
