R&D-Ispra is an independent professional organisation, not linked to any political party. It is a European, multicultural and multilingual organisation. It is independent and not subject to the control of any central or national political organisation. R&D’s objective is to defend the interests of staff and to promote the fundamental values on which the European Union is founded.
Furthermore, human relations must be favoured in order to improve the quality of professional life.
Under its Staff Regulations, the Commission is bound to promote all of that : R&D is dedicated to ensure that this principle is enforced.
