En stimulant et exacerbant les d\u00e9sirs qui sous-tendent leur rapport au travail, elles parviennent \u00e0 imposer de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes d\u2019organisation et d\u2019implication des salari\u00e9s, toujours plus d\u00e9stabilisantes et d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>R&amp;D <\/strong>pr\u00f4ne un management bas\u00e9 sur la confiance et les valeurs de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne .
