Si vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas propos\u00e9 et souhaitez introduire un appel, <\/span><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>R<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&amp;<\/span>D<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> a r\u00e9uni ci-dessous les points importants \u00e0 retenir:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">le d\u00e9lai: vous avez <strong>5 jours ouvrables<\/strong> \u00e0 compter de la publication des listes pour soumettre votre appel dans<strong> <\/strong>Sysper2. Ce d\u00e9lai est prolong\u00e9 en cas d&rsquo;absence (cong\u00e9, mission, maladie) mais cependant il est imp\u00e9ratif d&rsquo;introduire son appel<strong> <\/strong>avant la fin Octobre.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">la r\u00e9daction de votre appel: indiquez clairement vos bons\/tr\u00e8s bons\/excellents m\u00e9rites tel que refl\u00e9t\u00e9s dans vos rapports d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation, votre permanence \u00e9gale (ou sup\u00e9rieure) au milieu de la fourchette dans votre grade (pour rappel, la permanence se calcule entre la date de votre dernier reclassement et le 1 Janvier 2013 \u2013 voir tableau en fin du message), votre distance au seuil de reclassement 2012 inf\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 6 points (si applicable), vos responsabilit\u00e9s, etc. Ce sont ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui permettront aux repr\u00e9sentants du personnel de d\u00e9fendre votre dossier avec plus d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 contacter <strong><span style=\"color:
