{"id":1025,"date":"2010-01-13T15:54:30","date_gmt":"2010-01-13T13:54:30","guid":{"rendered":"\/?p=1025"},"modified":"2010-01-13T16:01:57","modified_gmt":"2010-01-13T14:01:57","slug":"le-president-du-pe-buzek-recouurs-methode","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/renouveau-democratie.eu\/fr\/2010\/01\/le-president-du-pe-buzek-recouurs-methode\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Pr\u00e9sident du PE Buzek en faveur du recours contre le Conseil"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>Dans une note au personnel du Parlement, le Pr\u00e9sident Buzek se f\u00e9licite de la d\u00e9cision prise par la Commission, le 6 janvier dernier, de pr\u00e9senter un recours en annulation contre le r\u00e8glement du Conseil adaptant les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations et pensions des fonctionnaires et autres agents des Institutions.<\/h5>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>Dear Members of Staff,<\/p>\n<p>Let me assure you that as President of the European Parliament, and          after meeting with the representatives of the trade unions, I support          the court case against the Council&rsquo;s decision not to apply the method          for the annual pay adaptation. This is a matter of applying a binding          method, of respecting Community law and of respecting an agreement          adopted in 2004.<\/p>\n<p>Parliament&rsquo;s Legal Affairs Committee is examining the question as to          whether the European Parliament can join the Commission&rsquo;s court case          against the Council.<\/p>\n<p>I am monitoring the situation and its development closely with the          assistance of our Secretary-General.
