R&D-Ispra is an independent professional organisation, not linked to any political party. It is a European, multicultural and multilingual organisation. It is independent and not subject to the control of any central or national political organisation. R&D\u2019s objective is to defend the interests of staff and to promote the fundamental values on which the European Union is founded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, human relations must be favoured in order to improve the quality of professional life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under its Staff Regulations, the Commission is bound to promote all of that : R&D is dedicated to ensure that this principle is enforced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
