contributions et font semblant d\u2019oublier qu\u2019ils profitent des avantages offerts par la mise \u00e0 disposition des contributions vers\u00e9es<\/li><li>Les droits acquis en mati\u00e8re de pensions ne sont pas un privil\u00e8ge odieux mais un principe juridique fondateur de tout \u00e9tat de droit, reconnu et prot\u00e9g\u00e9 par toutes les juridictions<\/li><li>Pourquoi R&amp;D s\u2019oppose \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un fonds de pensions ?<\/li><li>Ceci \u00e9tant, au cas o\u00f9 un fonds r\u00e9el serait cr\u00e9\u00e9, quelles sont les hypoth\u00e8ses envisageables
