indicateurs sp\u00e9cifiques de la Commission tir\u00e9s de sources administratives et en proposant un plan d\u2019action<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.7%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #008E00;\">R<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&amp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #008E00;\">D<\/span> a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 les cas d\u2019harc\u00e8lement et de maltraitance non trait\u00e9s;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inform\u00e9 sur ce sujet vaste et complexe;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identifi\u00e9 les risques psychosociaux au sein la Commission;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>propos\u00e9 des dispositifs de pr\u00e9vention;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>propos\u00e9 un plan d&rsquo;action incluant les pr\u00e9ventions primaire, secondaire et tertiaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les avanc\u00e9es obtenues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Nouvelle d\u00e9cision sur le harc\u00e8lement avec la nomination d&rsquo;un \u00ab\u00a0Chief confidential Counsellor\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u00e9but de la prise au s\u00e9rieux de cette probl\u00e9matique par l&rsquo;administration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prise en compte du harc\u00e8lement dans les nouvelles DGE concernant les enqu\u00eates IDOC notamment dans le cadre de la protection de la victime et des t\u00e9moins;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>annonce de la mise en place d&rsquo;une politique de pr\u00e9vention;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #008E00;\">R<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&amp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #008E00;\">D<\/span> demande<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>de cesser une fois pour toutes leur politique de l\u2019autruche en tentant de nier tous les cas de harc\u00e8lement notamment lorsque des membres de l\u2019encadrement en sont responsables;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le lancement d\u2019une enqu\u00eate psychosociale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la reconnaissance de pathologies professionnelles li\u00e9es \u00e0 ces risques telles que les \u00e9tats d\u00e9pressifs et le syndrome d\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel, l\u2019\u00e9tat de stress chronique, les maladies psychosomatiques, les troubles musculosquelettiques\u2026;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la cr\u00e9ation de poste de Conseillers en pr\u00e9vention psychosociale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u2019organisation des Etats g\u00e9n\u00e9raux des risques psychosociaux en invitant des experts, des membres de l\u2019Administration, des juristes ainsi que les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la formation des responsables des ressources humaines afin d\u2019assurer une meilleure prise en charge des coll\u00e8gues;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la promotion d\u2019espaces de bien-\u00eatre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
