{"id":10277,"date":"2013-09-26T11:36:39","date_gmt":"2013-09-26T10:36:39","guid":{"rendered":"\/?page_id=10277"},"modified":"2013-09-26T12:39:19","modified_gmt":"2013-09-26T11:39:19","slug":"appel-a-manifestations-dinteret-ami-pour-le-recrutement-des-collegues-ac","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/renouveau-democratie.eu\/fr\/agents-contractuels\/appel-a-manifestations-dinteret-ami-pour-le-recrutement-des-collegues-ac\/","title":{"rendered":"Appel \u00e0 manifestations d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat (AMI) pour le recrutement des coll\u00e8gues AC."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Depuis\u00a02006 la mise en place de tests ouverts et anonymes (CAST) pour le recrutement des AC a \u00e9t\u00e9 un principe de base qui semblait \u00eatre acquis et dont nous pouvions tous nous r\u00e9jouir.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Sur base de la nouvelle politique de recrutement \u00e0 la Commission, les candidats sont tenus de transmettre leur CV et \u00e9tant de ce fait inscrits dans une base de donn\u00e9es, ils devront attendre que quelqu\u2019un les s\u00e9lectionne parmi des milliers d\u2019autres candidats en les invitant \u00e0 un entretien. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s nombreux \u00e0 nous demander des conseils et \u00e0 nous interroger sur <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">cette nouvelle m\u00e9thode de s\u00e9lection des candidats AC.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">R<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&amp;<\/span>D<\/span><\/strong> tout comme l\u2019ensemble de la repr\u00e9sentation du personnel a refus\u00e9 avec fermet\u00e9 l\u2019approche envisag\u00e9e. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> D\u00e8s que la CIS (consultation interservices)\u00a0a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e, le Comit\u00e9 Central du personnel a d&rsquo;abord <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/d049_note-sefcovic_s\u00e9lection_AC3_ter.pdf\"><strong>alert\u00e9 l&rsquo;administration<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>sur les risques d\u00e9coulant de l\u2019approche envisag\u00e9e, et puis,\u00a0a <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\">\u00e9mis <\/span><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/d054-souka-suspension-ac-VF-3.pdf\"><strong>un avis absolument n\u00e9gatif<\/strong><\/a> en r\u00e9affirmant les principes de base devant r\u00e9gir toute proc\u00e9dure de recrutement de nos coll\u00e8gues AC. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">R<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&amp;<\/span>D<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0met tout en \u0153uvre pour qu\u2019EPSO puisse organiser dans les plus brefs d\u00e9lais les proc\u00e9dures de s\u00e9lection impos\u00e9es par les DGE et ceci afin\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">de limiter autant que possible l\u2019ampleur des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts tant pour l\u2019institution que pour les coll\u00e8gues. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Depuis\u00a02006 la mise en place de tests ouverts et anonymes (CAST) pour le recrutement des AC a \u00e9t\u00e9 un principe de base qui semblait \u00eatre acquis et dont nous pouvions tous nous r\u00e9jouir.
