CDR
TRAINING (Career Development Review) Brussels, 17 April 2002 |
DG ADMIN boycotts its own bad reform!!! R&D has just learned that the majority of our colleagues, at all levels who have already taken part in the first CDR training courses, deemed them unacceptable as premature, inappropriate and on many points factually incorrect or totally unsuited to fulfilling the ambitions claimed by the Commission.
